14-Day Return Policy

At Elaine Dryden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy. This gives you ample time to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. Whether the piece does not match your style, the fit is not quite right, or you simply changed your mind, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Our return policy applies to all full-priced items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. This includes the signature gift box, any certificates of authenticity, and protective materials that came with your jewelry. We take pride in the quality of our pieces, and we ask that you handle them with care when considering a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple and convenient. First, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the "Request Return" button. You will be guided through a brief process where you can specify the reason for your return and any additional comments you would like to share with us.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team directly at feedbacksupport@elainedryden.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for customers within the European Union.

Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return authorization email we sent you. Secure the package and attach the prepaid shipping label. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup depending on your location and the carrier service available.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued back to your store credit balance. This credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire. For purchases made with a combination of payment methods, refunds will be applied proportionally to each method.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may love a piece but prefer it in a different size, color, or style. Our exchange policy allows you to swap your purchase for another item of equal or greater value within the same 14-day window. To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as a return, but select "Exchange" instead and specify the item you would like to receive.

If the new item you select has a higher price than your original purchase, you will be charged the difference. If it has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us promptly to secure your preferred replacement item.

For size exchanges on rings or other adjustable items, we offer complimentary resizing on your first exchange. Simply note your preferred size in the exchange request, and our team will ensure your replacement fits perfectly.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at feedbacksupport@elainedryden.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and process either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. This applies even if the 14-day window has passed, as we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

For items that become damaged within the first 30 days due to manufacturing defects, we offer complimentary repair or replacement. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the initial purchase, and we want you to enjoy your Elaine Dryden jewelry for years to come.

International Returns

For customers outside the European Union, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over €100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid on the original shipment are non-refundable. These are collected by your local customs authority and are separate from our refund process. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on recovering these charges.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so within the 14-day window. Gift returns will be processed as store credit to the account of the person initiating the return. If you prefer a refund to the original purchaser's payment method, please have the gift giver contact us directly to authorize the return.

Gift recipients who create an account and register their gift within 14 days of receipt are eligible for our full return policy, even if the original purchase date was earlier. We want everyone who receives Elaine Dryden jewelry to be completely satisfied with their gift.
