Our Shipping Promise
At Elaine Dryden, we understand that receiving your jewelry is an exciting moment. That is why we have carefully designed our shipping process to ensure your pieces arrive safely, securely, and in perfect condition. We partner with trusted courier services to provide reliable delivery to customers around the world, and every order is treated with the utmost care from our studio to your doorstep.
All orders are dispatched from our European studio within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons such as holidays or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will always keep you informed of your order status via email, and you can track your shipment every step of the way.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option provides reliable delivery at an affordable price. All standard shipments include tracking and insurance up to the full value of your order.
- Europe: 3-5 business days - €8 (Complimentary on orders over €80)
- United Kingdom: 5-7 business days - €10
- United States & Canada: 7-10 business days - €15
- Australia & New Zealand: 8-12 business days - €18
- Asia Pacific: 7-12 business days - €18
- Rest of World: 10-14 business days - €20
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location and local customs processing times for international orders.
Express Shipping
For those moments when you need your jewelry sooner, our express shipping option ensures faster delivery. Express shipments receive priority handling and are delivered via air courier services.
- Europe: 1-2 business days - €15
- United Kingdom: 2-3 business days - €20
- United States & Canada: 3-5 business days - €25
- Australia & New Zealand: 4-6 business days - €30
- Asia Pacific: 3-5 business days - €30
Express shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders, such as gifts for special occasions. Please note that express delivery times may be affected by customs clearance for international shipments.
Free Shipping Threshold
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over €80 within Europe. This threshold applies to the order total after any discounts have been applied. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
For international customers outside Europe, we periodically offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about these special offers.
Order Processing Timeline
Understanding when your order will arrive begins with knowing our processing schedule:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order details and order number.
- Processing: Within 1-2 business days, we carefully inspect, clean, and package your jewelry.
- Dispatch: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery: Your package arrives according to the shipping method selected.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine Day, and Mother Day, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 days. We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Packaging & Presentation
Every Elaine Dryden piece arrives beautifully presented in our signature packaging. Your jewelry will be nestled in a soft velvet pouch, placed inside our elegant gift box, and secured within protective outer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Our packaging is designed with both beauty and sustainability in mind. The gift box is perfect for storing your jewelry when not in use, and all packaging materials are recyclable. We also include a care card with instructions on how to keep your jewelry looking its best.
If your order is a gift, we can include a personalized message card at no extra charge. Simply add your message in the notes section at checkout.
International Orders & Customs
For customers outside the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are determined by your country customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs fees vary widely from country to country and are based on the value and type of goods imported. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order. Elaine Dryden is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We declare the full value of the order on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values for customs purposes, as this is against international shipping regulations.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at feedbacksupport@elainedryden.com. We will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package. It is important to follow these instructions promptly, as packages returned to us due to non-collection may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
We ship to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes in select countries. Please note that express shipping may not be available to PO Box addresses in some regions.
